Our principles.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct covers various topics that contribute to responsible business practices throughout the supply chain.
Human rights: We expect our suppliers to respect human rights and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Working conditions and safety: Safe working conditions and attention to employee wellbeing are important aspects of our expectations of suppliers.
Environment: We expect suppliers to consider the environmental impact of their activities and comply with applicable environmental legislation.
Ethical business practices: Acting with integrity and responsibility is an essential foundation of our collaboration.
Supplier commitment.
We ask our suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct. By doing so, they commit to the principles and agreements we consider important regarding human rights, working conditions, safety, the environment and ethical business practices. The code of conduct provides a foundation for our collaboration and helps establish clear expectations.
Focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
A code of conduct is an important starting point, but responsible business practices also require attention to day-to-day operations. That's why we work with suppliers who participate in BSCI audits or comparable social compliance programmes. These audits focus on areas such as working conditions, safety and respect for human rights. We also expect our suppliers to comply with relevant laws and regulations and continuously work towards improvements within their organisations. This is how we build long-term partnerships centred on quality and responsibility.
